Yes, you can buy them on Ebay or Amazon. They do cost a lot more because of shipping and sellers selling a lot more than the actual cost of the mug.
My husband bought one for our daughter when we were in Chicago and just found out from her there was a crack in the handle so she is afraid to use it. That sucks!
Oh no maybe you can return it to a local starbucks and get your money back.
