I finally got a Global Icon Taiwan mug!

Today is the last day of our campaign. We ended up right now at 9:35pm with 145,225 petitions signed. The campaign was extremely successful. It’s fitting since Vietnam is an Asian country and Taiwan was filled with labor trafficking and sex trafficking. CAMSA was there to rescue a lot of victims and brought awareness. Thank God that Taiwan is a democracy with a government that believes in the rights of the people.  The fight for human rights is starting to take places as the stars align to help good to win over evil. I finally remember the saying that ‘ The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.’  We must do something, if it’s just educating and raising awareness. Victims are only victims when they don’t know how to prevent themselves from being victimized. They are ignorant to the evils in this world so if we know something, please just speak up and educate ourselves and those around us. Knowledge is everything.

This is another mug brought back from Asia by Mark. He was at the tallest building in Taiwan but you have to pay some sort of fee to go up there but it’s FREE to go to the ‘secret Starbucks’ store on what I remembered to be the 27th floor. See, doing good, has its rewards!
